The project
The building at 101 Rothschild Boulevard was designed in 1933 by architect Pinchas Hit (Philip Huett) and is one of a unique group of buildings for preservation in the neighborhood. The building is known for its sentimental value, since the original building – Max Klein House, was built by one family and used for generations. The overarching goal of the project is to create a harmonious blend of historic value and an authentic urban living experience.
Through in-depth thinking and a precise plan down to the smallest details, the project’s architects, Tami Alinav and Ilana Kuznitz, placed great emphasis on maintaining the principles of the modest and meticulous structure, and on the Bauhaus style that characterizes the area, while upgrading it in a modern and delicate way.
The apartments
The building offers a mix of spacious 3 to 6 room apartments, to four magnificent garden apartments, with the option of flexibility or pre-consolidation in planning in line with the tenants’ needs. The apartments offer rich technical specifications that include a reinforced security room in each apartment, modern glass windows on the balconies, all equipped with the finest materials available in the market to provide the tenants with maximum comfort and an uncompromising quality of life.
